On November 24th, 2020, the ordinary meeting of the Working Group on Technical Regulation of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce took place. M.Eng. Anna Poddubnaya, Head of the Technical Regulation Department, attended the meeting on behalf of the WR Group. During the online meeting the participants discussed plans and specific topics for further work in the remaining and next calendar year. At the end of the meeting the following decisions were taken:
1. Information on the necessary documents for conformity assessment according to the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union TR CU / TR EAEU will be published on the Technical Regulation Working Group’s website in the form of checklists provided by the WR Group.
2. A letter with the position of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce on the implementation of the Decree No. 1236 from September 21st 2019 “On the Procedure and Reasons for Decisions of the National Accreditation Service on the Inclusion of Accredited Persons in the National Part of the unified Register of Conformity Assessment Bodies of the Eurasian Economic Union and their Exclusion from this Register” will be prepared to the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The letter will be drafted with the participation of Rostest-Moscow.
3. A position letter will be prepared by the Working Group on Technical Regulation of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce with the participation of VNIIMS/Rosstandart on the issue of determining calibration intervals for measuring instruments.
4. The company DEHN RUS will get support in the exchange with the Technical Committee 337 of the Rosstandard regarding the application of the requirements of the standard group IEC 62305 “Lightning protection”.
The date of the next meeting of the Working Group on Technical Regulation of the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce will be fixed additionally. However, the meeting will not be hold before January 2021.
